Michelle Fuentes, LCSW is a dedicated psychotherapist that began her clinical career attaining her social work degree from Lehman college. Michelle has successfully completed EMDR training and is specialized to work with trauma survivors. Michelle enjoys working with Spanish Speaking clients and also utilizes Christian Counseling when it is appropriate or upon request. She is SIFI certified and supervises a team of msw/lmsw therapists. Michelle has a great passion for mental health.,
Crystal is Feel Better Therapy Clinic’s full-time Office Manager. She is responsible for supervising all admin staff and with the help of her team to ensure excellent customer service to all clients. She is a liaison to insurance companies. Managing billing so clients can focus on treatment without financial worries . Her goal is to make sure clients find their ideal therapist and receive quality care from their first phone call to the clinic and all throughout the course of their treatment.
I hold a Master's Degree in Mental Health Counseling from Hunter, and have experience conducting individual and family therapy with children and adults suffering from depression, anxiety, substance use disorders, and other relationship issues. I am a licensed mental health counselor with many years of experience working with individuals experiencing depression, anxiety, and symptoms related to trauma, amongst other symptoms. I provide a safe space for individuals to speak openly about their issues and feel that they are in a setting that is free of judgment. I am bilingual (Spanish) and can provide sessions in Spanish; I have experience working with those from different cultural backgrounds as well.

She received her Master of Science in Mental Health Counseling from SUNY Old Westbury. I am a licensed mental health practitioner who has been working in the field for nearly a decade with experience in all age levels. I use an integrative approach to counseling pulling from the techniques seen in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Existential, and Psychodynamic modalities. I specialize in the treatment of depression and anxiety disorders, trauma, stress, infertility, miscarriages, pregnancy, postpartum, relationship and family issues, and bereavement.

My career began as a dietitian(RD). I have experience working with anorexia nervosa, binge eating disorders and body dysmorphia. My knowledge has taught me that the core struggle of disordered eating patterns is related to the relationship one has with themselves. I specialize with CBT. I work well with depression and anxiety. One of my greatest passions is working with those who have experienced loss. Loss comes in all forms including death, break-up, divorce etc. We must grieve these in order to heal and embrace life again. I also have worked with many emotional, physical, and sexual abuse survivors.
